Experience not Expertise
The 30-day Nephalist began as an experiment to help me quit drinking and to explore how I felt about it. I am not an expert and my greatest nightmare is to provide fuel for someone's rationalizations about their drug or alcohol use.
What I am:
- A 32-year old who has stopped drinking but continued smoking nicotine and marijuana.
- A former member of Narcotics Anonymous who once abstained from all drugs, including alcohol, for about 7 years
- Someone who wants you to do the right thing, even if it is hard
What I am NOT:
- An expert.
- An enabler.
